Contact Us

Form

The quickest way to reach us is email: hello@gamblegorilla.bet. Include the page URL you are asking about, your question and, if relevant, the operator you are using. We do not run a web form because contact-form spam burns through hours we would rather spend testing new sites. Please avoid screenshots of personal data — redact your account number or payment details before you send them.

How to reach us

Editorial queries, factual corrections and content tips go to editorial@gamblegorilla.bet. Advertising and commercial requests go to partners@gamblegorilla.bet. For privacy and data-protection questions, see the Privacy page or write to privacy@gamblegorilla.bet. We read every message but we only reply when the question is about something we can act on — editorial decisions, factual errors, broken links or missing information.

Response time

We aim to respond to editorial and reader email within three business days (Monday to Friday, Melbourne time). Partner emails may take longer because commercial decisions are reviewed by two editors. If your issue is urgent and relates to a withdrawal, licence check or self-exclusion request, contact the operator and the relevant national helpline directly — we cannot intervene in operator accounts.

Business inquiries

Operators and affiliate networks interested in a listing on gamblegorilla.bet should write to partners@gamblegorilla.bet with a licence copy, affiliate T&Cs, approved brand assets and the target market. We only consider licensed operators and we require that the welcome offer wording in your creative matches the current terms on your own site. Media buyers interested in display space should also use the partners address.

What we cannot help with

We cannot process deposits, withdrawals, bonus activations, account recovery or KYC verification — that is the operator's job. If a casino locks your account or delays a payout, open a ticket with their support, then with their licensing body (for most of the brands we cover that is the Curacao Gaming Control Board). We also cannot provide gambling advice, odds analysis or tips of any kind.

Topics we answer

We answer questions about the sites we review: correctness of listed bonus amounts, which payment rails are supported for AUD, whether a given promo code is still active, when a review was last updated and what our rating criteria mean. We also answer press and research queries about the Australian online-casino market, provided the request includes a working byline and publication.
